In a significant move towards revolutionizing remote healthcare services, Aster DM Healthcare, a major integrated healthcare provider in the GCC and India, inaugurated its Telecommand Centre and Digital Health – India office in Bengaluru. This groundbreaking facility is designed to provide healthcare providers with the means to offer remote care to patients across the globe. The state-of-the-art centre houses the latest technology and employs a team of top medical professionals to deliver real-time remote monitoring and treatment for patients.

Dr. Harsha Rajaram, COO of Aster Digital Health, shared his pride in launching the innovative command centre. He mentioned that the facility not only increases access to quality healthcare in underserved regions but also assists during emergency situations. The centre will also incorporate advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence for deeper insights and enhanced quality of care.

The Telehealth Command Centre is set to become the hub for all telehealth operations in India, providing an array of services, including virtual consultations, remote patient monitoring, teleICU, teleradiology, and telemedicine-enabled interventions. With state-of-the-art technology, the centre is capable of offering comprehensive telehealth services in one location.

Dr. Nitish Shetty, Chief Executive Officer of Aster DM Healthcare (India), remarked on the positive impact of digital health during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company plans to establish similar centres in Kerala and the Andhra region to expand its reach and deliver quality care.
