Medikabazaar, India’s foremost digital platform for healthcare procurement, has recently appointed Vishal Chaturvedi as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Chaturvedi, who holds degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and IIT, has an impressive professional background with nearly two decades of experience in the technology industry. He has held positions at major companies such as Samsung, Amazon, British Telecom, Jio, and BlackBuck.
Founded in 2015 by Vivek Tiwari and Ketan Malkan, Medikabazaar aims to streamline and make cost-effective procurement possible for medical establishments. The platform collaborates with manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare facilities of all sizes, sourcing high-quality medical supplies and equipment from China, the US, and Europe.
As CTO, Chaturvedi will focus on enhancing the company’s technology vision and spearheading the development of new technology products. His primary goals include addressing complex healthcare supply chain challenges and capitalizing on digital monetization opportunities.
